No. The limit counts backups, while the history covered depends on your schedule. Automatic backups remove the oldest copy to make room for the next one. Backups are kept for an active service and are deleted after the server expires.

Can I restore a backup myself?

Yes. Select a completed backup in the Backups tab and confirm the restore. This stops the server and replaces its current files. Backup size and the interval between restore attempts are limited; the dashboard will show any restriction that applies.

How can I keep a copy of my world on my computer?

Stop the server and download the world files and configuration over SFTP. You can keep this copy outside the hosting service. Do this before the service expires if you want to return to the world later.

Can I use client-side mods on servers running SkyFactory 5?

Yes, you can add client-side mods such as shaders or a minimap. All players must still have the same version of SkyFactory 5 installed to connect.

About SkyFactory 5

SkyFactory 5 is a technology-and-magic skyblock for Forge 1.20.1 with around 290 mods. Its colour-based progression unlocks resources by extracting, refining and combining colour energy. Gateway turns mob farming into a strategic challenge with trophies, and a detailed task book guides the journey. Create joins the SkyFactory series alongside Draconic Evolution and Applied Energistics 2.

It suits solo players and small groups who enjoy automation with Create, Thermal and Industrial Foregoing, magic with Botania and Occultism, and Gateway PvE challenges. Shared tasks, progression and a base make multiplayer more rewarding.

Allow at least 6 GB RAM, 8 GB for 3–5 players, or 10+ GB for larger communities. A capable CPU with at least four cores is recommended; Create and Draconic Evolution can be demanding. Adequate resources help maintain stable TPS.
