How do I install DawnCraft on a server?

Search for DawnCraft in the dashboard, choose a release matching the players’ clients and check its server pack. Back up existing files, run the installation, then check logs and connect. Downloading files and the first startup determine how long this takes.

Are backups included?

Yes. Every plan includes 3 backup slots. Create a backup manually in the dashboard. For automatic backups, set a schedule with your chosen days and hours.

Do 3 backups mean 3 days of history?

No. The limit counts backups, while the history covered depends on your schedule. Automatic backups remove the oldest copy to make room for the next one. Backups are kept for an active service and are deleted after the server expires.

Can I restore a backup myself?

Yes. Select a completed backup in the Backups tab and confirm the restore. This stops the server and replaces its current files. Backup size and the interval between restore attempts are limited; the dashboard will show any restriction that applies.

How can I keep a copy of my world on my computer?

Stop the server and download the world files and configuration over SFTP. You can keep this copy outside the hosting service. Do this before the service expires if you want to return to the world later.

Can I use client-side mods on servers running DawnCraft?

Yes, you can add client-side mods such as shaders or a minimap. All players must still have the same version of DawnCraft installed to connect.

Can I get a refund if the pack is not for me?

About DawnCraft

DawnCraft is an adventure RPG pack for Forge 1.18.2 with souls-like combat, dozens of bosses with unique attacks and a full quest system. Epic Fight brings animated, physics-based combat closer to Dark Souls than ordinary Minecraft. DawnCraft Mobs bosses have over ten unique attacks each, while Incendium, Blue Skies, Dungeon Crawl and IDAS shape the world.

It suits action-RPG fans seeking demanding combat, reputation systems and a story. Shared tasks, progression and a base make multiplayer more rewarding.

With around 270–300 mods, the server should have at least 7 GB RAM. Adequate hosting resources help maintain stable TPS.
