How to install Create: Above and Beyond NEW on a server
No uploading mods over SFTP. You install the pack from the dashboard, and your group joins from their launcher.

Choose a plan
The recommended plan for Create: Above and Beyond NEW is selected in the server card. For a bigger group or a large world, choose a higher one.

The creator opens with Create: Above and Beyond NEW already selected. Create an account and pay for the plan.

Wait for the installation

Invite your group
Players install the same Create: Above and Beyond NEW release in their launcher and connect with the server address.
Already have a server? Install Create: Above and Beyond NEW from the Modpacks tab. Make a backup in the Backups tab first, because installation replaces the server files.
About Create: Above and Beyond NEW
Create: Above and Beyond NEW is MechX's unofficial remake for Forge 1.20.1, with around 55 mods. It expands the original's selection with Ice and Fire, Occultism and the full Thermal suite, but is still in alpha. CABIN is the suggested alternative when stability matters. Key systems include Create, Applied Energistics 2 and seven Thermal Series mods.
It suits players who want the Above and Beyond experience on Minecraft 1.20.1 and accept an unfinished alpha pack. Shared tasks, progression and a base make multiplayer more rewarding.
Allow 6–8 GB RAM. The smaller mod count reduces overall requirements, but Ice and Fire: Dragons makes world generation demanding; pregenerating chunks is worthwhile. Adequate resources help maintain stable TPS.
